Edd and Lisa Moyes have owned the Blackfin Pub since 2005, transforming the property into an iconic business and destination dining experience. In addition to building their own successful business, they're also dedicated to building community and volunteer their support to developing local tourism. Edd and Lisa have extended their success to over 100 local organizations that include the St. Joseph's Hospital, Comox Valley Hospice Society, Boys and Girls Club, Friday Sonshine Lunch Club, and the Canadian Cancer Society. They also sponsor two annual bursaries made available to students pursuing studies in the Tourism and Hospitality Management Program and the Culinary Arts Program at North Island College.
